Coarser carbides with lower carbide density.
Alloy chemistry and heat treatment are adjusted to achieve the specified matrix, hardness and wear resistance.
High chrome cast grinding balls deliver excellent wear resistance, consistency and cost efficiency for ball mills, cement mills and other fine grinding applications.
Cast grinding balls provide flexible alloy grades and reliable wear performance for medium-impact grinding. Process control covers melting, molding, heat treatment and batch inspection.
Material grade, heat treatment and final specification are matched to the mill condition and verified by batch inspection.
